As for the second presidential debate, which I was only able to watch 30 minutes of, the Democrats continued the winning streak of debates which is currently 3. What really shocked me is that when somebody asked who the next secretary of the treasury is. And John McCain didn't know!

I still have the same question when anyone else says this, Why do you think the Democrats won the Debate? What gave you that idea?
who is the next secretary of the treasury? Also McCain wants to build 43 by 2023, not 40 by the year 2030
