The NASA team tried to reboot Hubble on Thursday. It has failed to reboot. Last month the connection broke. The backup channel was working. But some time later something with the voltage was wrong. Kenneth reports that the computer "suffered a glitch and the science systems were shut down" but NASA is confident they can fix it. Hubble is too important to lose. It is a major source of our information about space.

Who is Kenneth?
NYT is a very general source. I'd like to know more specifically because this is IMPORTANT!
