Torture in the Court!-JC

A Guantanamo detainee named Mohammed al-Qahtani who is sometimes described as "the twentieth hijacker" during the terrorist attacks of 2001 was given the torture penalty when he was on trial. The military prosecutors actually almost went for execution. I personally feel that although it is a vicious thing to do, he did break the law!
